The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the oldest and most prestigious races in the world.

Created in 1929 by Antony Noghès, the Monaco circuit, designed in the middle of the city, has maintained almost its entire original layout, a narrow and winding track, which makes it one of the most demanding circuits on the Formula 1 World Championship calendar.

The Monaco circuit is 3.367 km long.

The start is from the Port Hercule, then it winds through the streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine, taking tight turns in the middle of guard rails: the track is narrow and demanding and makes overtaking difficult.

After the start line, the drivers go up the Boulevard Albert Ier and hurry through the first right-hand turn of "Sainte Dévote", the scene of many collisions in the first lap. They then start the very steep climb up "Beau-Rivage" to the very tight left-right of "Casino". From there, the drivers go down to the right turn of "Mirabeau", then comes the left hairpin "Grand Hotel", the slowest turn of the championship. The "Portier" section then leads to the sea and the drivers go through the tunnel that leads to the chicane near the port. At the exit of the tunnel, the fastest section of the circuit, the cars are approaching 300 km/h. After a short straight on the "Quai des États-Unis", comes the left turn of the "Bureau de Tabac", the left-right section of the "Piscine" and then a very difficult right hairpin at "La Rascasse". Finally, the drivers tackle the "Anthony Noghès" turn before the pit lane and the finish.

This is certainly one of the most demanding circuits on the Formula 1 World Championship calendar. It is the most glamorous, the most prestigious, the most popular and above all the one that every driver and every team wants to win !

The raw materials in Monoïkos 1297 candles are carefully selected. The wax of Monoïkos 1297 candles is a blend of beeswax and vegetable waxes, made from the best products on the market. No mineral wax, no paraffin and of course no benzene!

Do not worry if a few drops of "perspiration" appear, as it is quite normal that a slight greasy veil is deposited on the walls of the glass during combustion, all these small imperfections are a guarantee of quality, the proof of a 100% natural wax.

To enjoy your candle in the best conditions, leave it to burn the first time until all the wax has become liquid on the surface.

Do not let your candle burn for more than 4 hours.

Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Make sure the surface on which the candle is placed is flat and heat resistant. Keep your candles out of the reach of children, curtains and pets.

After putting out the candle, cut the wick to a maximum of 0.5 cm. A wick that is too long can cause uneven burning or black smoke. If smoke appears, put out your candle, cut the end of the wick and relight!

If the wick gets out of place, gently re-center it while the wax is still melted.

Keep your candle in a dry and temperate place, between 15 and 25° C.

In order to actively contribute to the preservation of the environment, the box and the glass of the Monoïkos 1297 candle are reusable: table glass, whisky glass, pencil jar, small vase, storage for small objects, give free rein to your imagination to embellish your home!

To protect your glass, do not burn your candle to the end, always leave at least 0.5 centimeters of unmelted wax and to clean it, put it in the freezer for a few hours, the wax will then come off very easily.

All you have to do is wash the glass, wipe it and use it in a thousand and one ways !
