A drawing virtuoso
Ever since she can remember, flowers, and especially roses, have fueled her passion. Their grace inspires her, their fragility touches her, and it is with a gentle fervor that she brought this collection to life, as one would compose a secret bouquet.
Drawing is at the heart of her world, shaped by a constant demand for excellence, a deep appreciation for refinement, and a sincere love for beautiful materials and works of art. Her line, both confident and delicate, gives birth to a world of poetry where a love for beautiful materials meets the precision of the hand. From the Princess Grace Rose Garden, she captures the emotion, the light, the fragrant silence.
A collaborator with the greatest luxury houses, she has lent her talent to Maison Monoïkos 1297, weaving a dialogue between heritage and contemporary spirit, giving her creations a rare touch that is resolutely elegant, luminous, and poetic.
A note of history
Located in the heart of the Fontvieille district, just a few steps from the sea and the Monegasque hills, the Princess Grace Rose Garden is much more than a garden: it is a place of memory, beauty, and serenity. Inaugurated in 1984 by Prince Rainier III, it was designed as an intimate and living tribute to his wife, Princess Grace of Monaco.
An eternal icon of elegance and gentleness, the Princess was passionate about flowers, particularly roses. It was therefore natural that a garden should bear her name and perpetuate her love for nature. The rose garden was designed in a spirit that is both Mediterranean and romantic, blending landscape precision with floral poetry.
Today, it is home to more than 300 varieties of roses, spread across over 6,000 rose bushes with enchanting colors, shapes, and scents. Some varieties were created especially in her honor, like the famous "Grace de Monaco," a delicate rose with a pale pink hue, symbolizing femininity and timeless elegance.
A place for walks, rest, and also for international rose competitions, the Rose Garden is a hidden gem of the Rock. It invites contemplation, daydreaming, and reflection. It is this spirit, imbued with grace and delicacy, that inspires the La Roseraie collection by Monoïkos 1297: a floral celebration of feminine elegance, blending tradition, emotion, and refinement.
A silk ruban of exception
Its elongated shape provides an original canvas, enhancing the illustrations of each of our collections.
Thanks to a technological feat, every detail, even the most subtle, every pattern, and every shade, no matter how precise, is revealed with brilliance.
Its box, its case, is red—the color of Monaco—and is made in the Principality from FSC-certified paper sourced from responsibly managed forests.
"Le Malicieux" from the "La Roseraie de Monaco" collection captures the very essence of the elegance and poetry of this exceptional place.
The silk
This precious, shiny filament, obtained by unwinding the cocoon of a silkworm, naturally requires very high-quality production conditions.
Highly sensitive to the quality of its environment, the silkworm cannot tolerate pollution and feeds only on fresh leaves. Its cultivation demands a savoir-faire of excellence: our artisans have selected the best sericulture farms.
Preserve the beauty of your "Malicieux":
- Store it flat and untied, or rolled up in its original box.
- Avoid contact with your perfume.
- Entrust cleaning to a specialized professional.
